Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your sponsorship or exhibit table, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee if you cancel by September 5. If you cancel between September 5 and September 26, you will be refunded 60% of your fee. After September 26, there are no refunds for cancellation.
