Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your sponsorship or exhibit table, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee if you cancel by March 1, 2023. If you cancel between March 2  – April 1, you will be refunded 60% of your fee. After April 1, there are no refunds for cancellation.
